New!! Science Interest Groups Forming

The Cosmic Origins program is forming new science interest groups to help NASA understand and implement recommendations from the upcoming decadal survey. A science interest group is also a way to engage the science community around important topics of research — for example by sponsoring a regular seminar and periodic meetings. For a NASA/Cosmic Origins science interest group, there would be a possibility for incentives, such as travel funds made available to attend conferences.

New Science Interest Group categories:

  • Galaxies
  • ISM and Planet Formation
  • Stars, the Sun, and Stellar Populations

If you would like to be involved in forming a science interest group in one of these areas, please fill out the Google Gorm here:
