Transportation information

Joint PAG Session, PhysPAG meeting, COPAG, and PhysPAG SIG meetings, will be at the Hilton DFW Lakes Conference Center, 1800 Highway 26 E, Grapevine, TX, 76051, 855-213-0582, which is a 6-minute drive from the Gaylord.

Buses will provide transport between the Gaylord and the Hilton DFW Lakes:

Free buses, Gaylord to Hilton 8:30am–10:00am (looping) and 1:00pm (one-way). Bus departure location at the Gaylord will be at the Tour Bus entry, not the valet parking (also look for signs in Gaylord lobby).

Free buses, Hilton to Gaylord 6:00pm–7:00pm (looping), and at 7:30pm (one-way). Hilton departure at front entrance to Hilton.

Other Transportaion options include:

Free shuttle, DFW airport to Hilton DFW Lakes: After claiming luggage, contact DFW dispatcher at 817 410 6778, give terminal/gate#, they will tell you where to meet shuttle.
