ROSES Usability RFI Response Date Extended to 23 February 2024

This notice announces a response-date extension to a Science Mission Directorate (SMD) Request for Information (RFI) that seeks input on approaches to improving ease of use of the NASA Research Announcement (NRA) and Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) entitled “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Science” or ROSES.

The Improving the Usability of ROSES RFI seeks information — for planning purposes only — from proposers at all levels of experience, sponsored research offices, and any others who may assist the preparation of SMD proposals.

All responses to this RFI must be submitted in an electronic PDF file format only via the NASA Box system as described in detail in the RFI’s Section 5: Response Instructions accessible via the RFI webpage. You also may visit the NASA Box system for this RFI.

Please email questions concerning this RFI to the primary point of contact’s (POC) email address and use a subject line that starts with “[ROSES Usability RFI Question].”

Depending on the nature of the question(s), NASA may respond on an individual basis by email or may post questions and answers (Q&A) of broad interest or general clarification on the RFI webpage. Posted Q&As will be edited to preserve the submitter’s anonymity. The POC addresses are not to be used for RFI response submissions; any RFI submissions made via email will not be considered.
