NOTE: The Joint PAG session, and Tuesday (January 3) COPAG activities will NOT be held at the Gaylord resort (AAS hotel). Instead, they will be held at the nearby Hilton DFW Lakes conference center. Unfortunately, the Hilton is not within walking distance of the Gaylord, but we will provide bus transportation to the Hilton from the Gaylord and return. Bus information, and information on other transportation options, is here.
There are several eateries in the Hilton, and it is adjacent to the Grapevine Mills mall, which has a food court.
NOTE: Tuesday COPAG and Joint PAG Meetings will not appear in the AAS block schedule, since they are not at the occurring at the AAS hotel.
More details will be posted as they become available, including dial-in information for remote participation by WebEx, and presentation materials.
